Eamonn Holmes has shared a worrying health update as he returned to screens. The broadcaster was seen back fronting his GB News breakfast show without his usual co-host Isabel Webster when he commented on his health woes that have been plaguing him for years.
Previously describing his struggles as 'soul-destroying', the Irish star also underwent surgery last September to try to help relieve him of pain. However, he suffered a fall during his recovery, which resulted in him fracturing his shoulder and having to have more surgery. But Eamonn has since been undergoing regular rehab and often shares updates online.But on Monday , Eamonn made comments on GB News that will be sure to concern his loyal fan base.
Tim replied: "That's a great question. Because even if you aren't motivated, motivation doesn't last forever. It cannot last forever, but routine does and habits do. So if I'm back where I was 15 to 20 years ago, trying to start... It's that commitment to starting, make that commitment to start, and then build habits around it. Because you're gonna go dip and, you know [go through] peaks and troughs.
It comes after Eamonn claimed he 'doesn't look the same these days' as he shared photos of his granddaughter who had got her hands on his book. Little Emilia is the daughter of Eamonn's eldest child, Declan, 33. Along with his ex-wife Gabriella, the presenter also shares daughter Rebecca, 31, and son Niall, 29 while he also shares son Jack, 21, with his wife, fellow TV star Ruth Langsford.
