Eamonn Holmes has shared a new health update with fans
The broadcaster, 63, has been dealing with ongoing health issues after suffering from disc problems in his back caused by a dislocated pelvis.
On Twitter, he shared that he is underground “heavy rehabilitation” sessions at the weekends to help him build up his strength again.“Heavy Rehabilitation scheduled every Saturday in particular to strengthen my legs and back to hopefully get me walking unaided again….. but I just don’t like it. Wish me well.”One follower wrote: “You’ve got this Eamonn, rehab is never fun but one day at a time, one session at a time & you’ll look back in time & be proud that you stuck with it.
In April, Eamonn gave fans another update on his recovery, saying that things were going in the right direction but it was still "slow progress".
