The hit Broadway musical is coming to Manchester and theatre fans can get £30 tickets - if they know where to look for them
It’s officially one month until the award-winning production of Hamilton comes to Manchester for a whopping 15-week run in the city. The hit Broadway musical will open at the Palace Theatre on November 11, running until February 24.
Tickets for Hamilton started at £13 as part of ATG Theatre’s price promise scheme, with some as much as £190 for package seats with extra perks. Naturally, the most affordable tickets were snapped up quickly by theatre fans, particularly for the opening week, with many tickets now £60 and above. But there is a way to still get cheap tickets, if you know the best place to look.
Other tickets in the stalls vary in price, with some at £66, £85, £92.50, £97.50 and £160. Up in the circle, prices start at £30 for selected seats, with some available for £55, with the grand tier being mostly £55 tickets. The best availability for low-price tickets though are in 2024, with January and February dates having a lot more affordable tickets available. It may well mean waiting longer to see the show, but it’s better than throwing away your shot and missing it all together.
