The 51-year-old went from a size 16 to a size 12 through calorie counting, exercise and getting great advice from her online classes report MEN.
Wendy Annand, who lives in Edinburgh, was looking for a change after lockdown and found success through online classes that have transformed her life.
The mum said: "It was affecting my health and I was worried because I lost my mum to breast cancer at 55 and I’m in my 50s. I have to take it seriously.“Cancer caught up with mum so I thought, no, I’m going to do my best to live a healthier life and not let that get to me if possible. That’s what worried me rather than a lack of confidence, it was more health.”“After my Zoom classes stopped, I felt a bit abandoned. Then I found Lynda’s group online by chance.
“I feel a lot better now and I have more energy. I just feel able to move about a lot easier and I feel healthier, I’m not coming down with as many bugs. Pain wise, it’s a lot better for my arthritis because I’m not carrying as much weight.
