One individual has been left seriously injured following the 'very serious' incident
Around 2.31pm on Tuesday, October 17, officers from West Yorkshire Police were called to the the A6110 ring road by Elland Road, Beeston, Leeds, following a multi-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers found four people injured, included one left seriously wounded.
A cordon has been in place at the scene since around 2.40pm today. The A6110 is also partially blocked in the southbound direction. There are diversions for bus services 51 and 52. Follow live updates on this incident here. One witness added: "Heads up for anyone heading out of Leeds. Due to this, traffic has been backed up to Armley gyratory, Whitehall Road, Geldard road . 45mins to get from city Square to Geldard road."
