Huge crowds gathered on Friday at the spot in Ely, Cardiff, where Harvey Evans, 15, and Kyrees Sullivan, 16, died in a crash on an electric bike moments after they were pursued by police - sparking a riot in the Cardiff town.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales, Alun Michael, initially denied claims of a police pursuit.Officers say none of their vehicles were on Snowden Road when the crash happened.
