Trafficwatch say delays in the area are starting to ease

In an update at around 9am, Trafficwatch NI added: "Belfast - an earlier road traffic collision on the A55 Upper Knockbreda Road at the Upper Galwally Junction has just been cleared and the road will be fully open in the next few minutes - still knock on delays but these are starting to ease." A PSNI spokesperson had said: "Motorists are advised of disruption to traffic this morning, Thursday 28th September, in the Upper Knockbreda Road area of east Belfast due to a two vehicle road traffic collision.
"Police and emergency services are currently at the scene.
