Emmerdale has announced a huge change following Super Soap Week, as executive producer Jane Hudson announces that she will be stepping down after five years in September
Emmerdale’s executive producer, Jane Hudson, has announced that she will be stepping down from the role later this year on September 22 following this year's blockbuster Super Soap Week.
"I’m extremely proud of what we‘ve achieved both on and off screen, especially during the pandemic when we all pulled together to make sure we never went off air." Jane led the show through the Covid-19 pandemic, keeping the show on-air when all other drama production in the UK ground to a halt. She also helmed the show's 50th-anniversary celebrations.
