Emmerdale cast vow to celebrate with 'beer, beer and more beer' after huge NTAs win
The cast of Emmerdale were all smiles as they accepted their award for Best Serial Drama at tonight's National Television Awards.
Taking to the stage the cast members seemed rather surprised at their win, declaring they would be celebrating after the ceremony has finished, with "beer, beer, and more beer." The new monarch, 73, filmed the pre-recorded clip earlier this year, while still in the role of Prince of Wales. King Charles then spoke about the value of the countryside, and the programme’s fans all over the world. The Prince added a final Happy Anniversary to all the cast and crew.
