'I wanted this storyline to do justice to young teen mums' Emmerdale
Emmerdale star Daisy Campbell wowed stand-in Lorraine host Ranvir Singh on breakfast TV when she revealed her real age.
The character began suffering bouts of dizziness and collapsed in scenes that aired last week. Doctors told Amelia the collapse was due to side effects from taking diet pills, however she was stunned to hear she was also expecting a child.Amelia is now considering an abortion and actress Daisy spoke to Ranvir on Tuesday's edition of Lorraine, Liverpool Echo reports. She spoke about how the harrowing storyline was initially thought of by her and onscreen dad, Liam Fox.
She said: "[Amelia] has got this whole vulnerable side coming out of her with this storyline and there's so much anxiety building up inside her. She's only 15 and she's got nobody to speak to so I think it really ties in well with the campaign.
