Danny Miller's wife Steph Jones was praised by fans for breastfeeding her daughter live on ITV's Loose Women on Friday
Emmerdale's Danny Miller's wife has been praised by fans of ITV after she began breastfeeding her baby girl live on Loose Women. The couple appeared on the ITV chat show on Friday, August 18, to discuss their challenges getting pregnant.
Steph, who is a midwife, suffers from polycystic ovaries which can lead to fertility problems and create difficulties getting pregnant. However, the couple managed to get pregnant and they recently welcomed baby girl Edith. During Loose Women on Friday Edith could be heard crying backstage. Steph's mum brought her out to be settled and it gave the couple a chance to introduce their daughter to the audience and viewers at home, reports The Mirror. However, Steph soon realised that Edith needed feeding. So, she began discreetly feeding her newborn while Danny had their two-year-old Albert on his knee.
Steph spoke about her home birth with Edith, which she described as "amazing". Describing the 36-minute labour, she said: "We had a home birth at my mum's house as we were in the process of moving again and my mum was decorating her bedroom so it was empty. We put the pool up in mum's room and it was amazing."
