The first offender pleaded guilty today to intentionally obstructing police as well as having a knife in a public place without reasonable excuse or lawful authority. John Kilcoyne, defending, told the court:"He is a third-year university student at UWS doing engineering.Sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month by Sheriff Joseph Platt.
