Yobs are forcing kids to lick their shoes while pushing other children over. And all for a little video on Snapchat.
To the naked eye, it's an unassuming estate, filled with semi-detached houses and green spaces. An ordinary suburb in an ordinary market down.
Speaking to residents today , there was a general feeling of worry towards this group of youths terrorising innocent children. Of the people LancsLive spoke to, all wanted to remain anonymous out of fear of reprisal. The mum says that if her children wish to play in some areas of the neighbourhood, then it's guaranteed that there "will be issues". Another mum has recently moved to the area with her family, including her young son who wants to start going out to play. However, this has caused concern for the resident, as she's seen the anti-social behaviour incidents that are circulating online.
"I think as well, kids struggle don't they? They want to fit in and they want to be cool and have friends. Especially, when you have younger kids, they're more vulnerable. Yeah, it's not nice."
