Centre-back Jonny Evans returned to Man United on a free transfer during the summer.
Centre-back Jonny Evans has admitted that he will 'never forget' Manchester United's supporters singing his name following the conclusion of their 1-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor last month.
As well as helping United record a rare shutout, the Northern Irishman, who returned to the club on a one-year deal on September 1, also provided the assist for Bruno Fernandes to volley home the only goal of the game. He also saw an effort of his own disallowed.READ MORE: United confirm 2,000 Galatasaray fans were allowed into Old Trafford home section
Evans told MUTV: "I think you can have so many different good nights of your life. I think the reason that one will be memorable is because I was involved with a goal, I had a goal disallowed, and I probably wasn't expecting to play until the day before the game.
