Ex EastEnders star Rita Simons lands first acting job in five years with new role
The following year Rita appeared in I’m A Celebrity and then went on to star in various stage productions.
Her roles have included playing Paulette Bonafonte in Legally Blonde The Musical and Miss Hedge in Everybody's Talking About Jamie.The couple were together for 14 years but split the same year Rita took part in I’m A Celeb. She found love again with actor Ben Harlow, her co-star in a 12-month UK tour of Legally Blonde: The Musical."And he looks after me. He makes sure I’ve eaten because I’m not very good at that when I’m in shows."
