A fresh appeal has been launched in the search for a Glasgow joiner who disappeared without a trace 28 years ago.
Multiple searchers of nearby lochs over the years have failed to turn up any sign of the 27-year-old, the Sunday Mail reports.And now his family, including his 77-year-old mum Annette, hope a new poster drafted by UK-wide Missing Persons Support group could help yield vital information. His sister Sharon Garvin, 49, who lives in County Clare in Ireland, said: "Things never get easier for us despite the passage of time. We are hoping the poster could give us the breakthrough we are looking for.
Sharon contacted Caroline Lyons of Missing Persons Support last year who offered to help with a poster. It will be circulated nationally on the organisation's Facebook page and other social media sites. Kevin's disappearance remains one of Scotland's most baffling and longest-running missing persons cases.
