A Love Island contestant has received some unexpected support whilst on the ITV dating show. Fishmonger Luca Bish has come under fire following the fallout from the villa's 'Movie Night, where he flipped out after watching clips of Gemma, 19, flirting with another boy during Casa Amor.
His parents have since been on social media to issue an apology, and state that they "don't condone" his behaviour. It was messaged on Luca's account which is currently being run by his 23-year-old sister. "Please be aware death threats and nasty comments totally overstep the mark and something we as a family should not have to ensure, for this reason we have turned off the comments and messages."
Seven years later, Michael, Luca's father and fellow fishmonger, still "brings fresh fish around to our house", wrote Nick. He also stated: "At the moment, the defining difference between Susie and me is that she watches Love Island, and I don’t. Susie watches Love Island because we know one of the contestants, Luca.
