The heartbroken family of a woman shot dead in the doorway of her own home say they believe she was the victim of a 'revenge attack'. Jackie Rutter, a grandma of five, was shot in the chest at her Meadowbrook Road home, in Moreton, in the early hours of Sunday morning .
