One of the men released without charge after being arrested on suspicion of the murder of a Rossendale woman will be warned he could be summonsed if he fails to attend an inquest into her death.

Area Coroner Richard Taylor replied: "I can issue a summons and if he doesn't answer that then I can issue a warrant for his arrest."
