Since Taylor Gecking was a little girl, she absolutely lovedAnd once she was old enough to graduate from Happy Meals to buying her own home, she took full advantage of finally having a space she could turn into a shrine to her favourite fast food chain.

The property has red and yellow walls, the iconic golden arches, a Ronald McDonald stained glass window, and plenty ofTaylor, who is married to HR manager Adam, 40, said: ‘My obsession with McDonald’s started as a kid. ‘My sister and I had so much fun climbing around and sliding into the ball pit. It made a mundane lunch something to look forward to.’You might think that these items would have to be specially made, but Taylor was actually able to pick up many of her McDonald’s bits with relative ease.‘My husband and I stopped at a flea market during a road trip and saw the Ronald McDonald stained glass piece and I was inexplicably drawn to it.

‘The biggest rush I’ve had was finding the hamburger spring toy. It was amongst hundreds of items on a local online estate auction.The oldest item in Taylor’s collection is the golden arches hanging on the wall above her stairs, which she says is an original sign from the 70’s taken from a real McDonald’s restaurant.
