Former presenter of This Morning, Fern Britton, has divulged whether she'd consider rejoining the team in the wake of Phillip Schofield's controversial resignation
This Morning favourite Fern Britton has made it clear whether she's interested in returning to the couch.
"My children are grown-up and I'm no longer married, and it's as if this whole other world has opened up. I never thought this would happen; I didn't expect to be 65 and single and really relaxed." Explaining the fallout in his 2020 autobiography Life's What You Make It, Phillip claimed that his co-star accused him of "meddling" with the show's content, which led him to confront her backstage.
"We were involved in the show and mates at the time, but we don't really [speak anymore]. We're not in touch now."
