Residents are finally able to return home after years ofThe fire on December 9 2019 displaced over 2000 residents and destroyed 24 of the 92 apartments on Lancefield Quay, asWork to restore the landmark building along the River Clyde has now been completed by principal contractors Linear Design & Construction , on behalf of the company that represents the owners, Lancefield Quay Riverside Ltd.
Ken Robertson, a representative from Lancefield Quay Riverside Ltd, said: “Our priority was always to restore our landmark building back to its original form for our residents and we have been able to do this. “Working closely with Nixon and its contractors, we are delighted that residents were able to return to their homes and to see Lancefield Quay restored along the River Clyde.
