Fireworks are being set off throughout the year at all times of the night to signal where drugs are being dropped for pick-ups, Robbie Moore said.
An MP has claimed fireworks are being set off as a signal" for drugs being dropped" in his constituency., told the Commons his constituents are having to put up with fireworks being set off late at night.
He said some have suggested the fireworks could often be a signal that drugs are available in the area.
