Plans for the residential development have been lodged
The first images of a new residential development in Glasgow's southside have been released by Cala Homes.
“We know there is significant demand in the southside for quality, sustainable housing and we are confident that our proposed development meets these requirements. The site is currently owned by American-headquartered business Celeros FT and was previously used by its ClydeUnion Pumps. The development will provide more green space to the neighbourhood, with valuable landscaped gardens that include play areas and seating.
