The family of Reginald Tucker have thanked the emergency services who tried to save his life.
A man who died in a horror crash in Fife has been named by police. Reginald Tucker died after he was struck by a car at around 6.10pm on Monday, 30 October, on the A911 near Milton Road in Windygates.
The statement said: “Reginald was a much-loved son/uncle /dad/brother and will be missed by all. Tragic events like this affect many people and our thoughts are with the occupants of the car and their family.
