In the tense trailer, we see Marissa's son running from a car and leaving a voicemail to his mother before being gunned down.
Heartbroken, Marissa is determined to uncover the truth. "Somebody killed my son, I need to know," she tells Raynor's character, despite his advice against pursuing the case herself. The trailer also focuses on the tense relationship between Marissa and Paige — with the journalist seemingly blaming Paige for her son's drug addiction — and teases a dangerous pursuit as Marissa gets close to catching her son's killer.
Dilone, Hopper Penn, Norm Lewis and Karen Aldridge round out the cast. Miles Joris-Peyrafitte wrote and directed the film, while Emma Tillinger Koskoff, Shaun Sanghani and Siena Oberman produced.
