Five people are being held on suspicion of murder after a woman’s body was found this morning.
Police were called to a ‘disturbance’ in Nuneaton in the early hours of today and found a dead female at the scene.Two men and two women from the same Warwickshire town where the incident happened have been detained: a 34-year-old man; a 40-year-old man; a 43-year-old woman ; and a 36-year-old woman.All are being questioned by detectives on suspicion of murder.
Detective superintendent Caroline Corfield said: ‘An investigation has begun and we are working to establish the circumstances of the woman’s death, which is unexplained at this time.
