House-hunters baffled as Rightmove lists tiny Preston student flat for over £3k a month
A pricing gaffe left house-hunters in Preston stumped this morning - after a single studio flat where the kitchen and the bed are less than a metre away was listed for a truly eye-watering price.
Posting on the social media platform, @lauraw97_ uploaded screenshots of the listing spotted on RightMove. Captioning the post, @lauraw97_ wrote: "£3,300 a month for a flat in Preston where you can cook your dinner while lying in bed ????" @ToddlerMeat: "Got to be a mis-listed student accommodation flat. Ain't no way any flats around UCLAN aren't student accommodation."
