Bailgate's beloved Ole Ole and Marrakesh Restaurant building is set for a transformation! From serving dishes to providing homes. 🏠
A former Bailgate restaurant could become houses under proposals submitted to the City of Lincoln Council.
If approved, Christopher Mason's application will see 32-33 Bailgate transformed into two dwelling houses. The application aims to bring the building back into use, prevent further deterioration, and contribute positively to the city by providing desirable housing in a popular uphill location.
