Cops turned up at his home yesterday
Officers turned up at Leigh Griffiths' home in Bothwell yesterday morning. The 32-year-old footballer was later released without charge, pending further police enquiries.
Officers descended upon the property, which is currently up for sale for £675k, as part of a pre-planned police operation.They were also released without being charged.spokesperson said:"Following a pre-planned police operation on Thursday, December 1, three men, aged 37, 35 and 32, were arrested in the Bothwell, Bonnyrigg and Airdrie areas in connection with an investigation into alleged gambling incidents in sport.
