A fourth child had died after contracting Strep A, it has been reported. It comes as the viral infection sweeps primary schools in the UK, with deaths also reported in Surrey and Wales.
Muhammad's tragic death comes after the UK Health Security Agency confirmed a child in London has also died after contracting the virus. Yesterday, Victoria Primary School in Penarth, Wales, confirmed the death of another child who had contracted the infection, named as Hanna by family friends, the Mirror reports.
