She denied nine charges
Four of the charges are for fraud by false representation and three are for using a false instrument with intent it be accepted as genuine.
There is also a charge of possessing or controlling an article for use in fraud and one charge of unauthorised computer access with intent to commit other offences. Among the charges, the 44-year-old allegedly used a computer to send an email purporting to be genuine, in 2021, and provided a false representation with a view to gaining employment as a neonatal ward manager in Wales, in 2019.
The charge relating to the West Herts Trust involves an alleged incident where, in reference provided on behalf of another woman, Nasir dishonestly made the false representation that she worked with her and had been a matron of neonatal at the trust to gain employment at a company, also in 2019.
