Both sides insist their version of events is true
Netflix and the Royal Family are involved in a developing row over whether or not offices for King Charles III and Prince William were contacted before the Harry & Meghan documentary release.
However, a senior reporter at HuffPost, Carly Ledbetter, later tweeted: "NEW: A Netflix source tells me that both King Charles and Prince William's offices were contacted and given time to reply ahead of the release of #HarryAndMeghanNetflix." Netflix released the first three episodes today, with the final three expected to air on Thursday 15 December.
“The fact that I was dating an American actress was probably what clouded their judgment more than anything else at the beginning, ‘oh she’s an American actress; this won’t last’," he said.“In this family, sometimes you are part of the problem rather than part of the solution. There is a huge level of unconscious bias,” he said.
