Mikel Arteta's abysmal record against Pep Guardiola is a bad omen for Arsenal
As a player, Arteta spent five years in north London until retiring in 2016.
The one win for Arteta’s Arsenal came in the FA Cup semi-finals during the 2019/20 season. The north Londoners went on to lift that trophy, but since then, it has been pretty grim against City.In their first five, City scored 12 goals and only conceded one but their most recent showdown at least gave reason to be hopeful.
Meanwhile, despite being title rivals this season, there is a great amount of respect between these two Spaniards.Advertisement
