What an amazing tribute
Not one to miss a unique marketing opportunity, iconic paint firm Crown Paints has commissioned specialists to mark King Charles III's Coronation.
D&D Walls - or Dillon & Dutch - is the brainchild of fellow graffiti artists Stu Morley and Charlie Cross. The firm was founded when the pair came across each other painting tags during lockdown.The new mural, which took around three days to complete, includes a golden crown along with several nods to King Charles III's love of the great outdoors. The words "From one Crown to another, hurrah for the King and Queen.
"Justina from Crown sent us the design, which we only got about a week ago, so we had to pull out all the stops to get it done in time. It took us about three days but we had brought industrial equipment that need a power supply.
