Time to start planning time off for 2023
As we enter November, the end of 2022 is in sight with Christmas and the New Year just around the corner.
It comes as it was announced this week that we would have an extra bank holiday next year as a result of King Charles III's coronation in May.If a bank holiday is on a weekend, a ‘substitute’ weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the following Monday, Gov.uk say. 2022 2023 Announcing an extra bank holiday for 2023 to mark the King's coronation, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said the time off would give people the chance to "come together and celebrate.""I look forward to seeing people come together to celebrate and pay tribute to King Charles III by taking part in local and national events across the country in his honour," he added.
