A FUMING resident left a note blasting an elderly woman for three very specific acts - but not everyone agrees with him.fastened the laminated note with cable ties to the railings outside his house - where it was snapped by a baffled passer-by.Written in red capital letters, the note read: "Who the hell do you think you are?
"Old woman, white hair, silver-frame glasses, baby-blue hat, navy coat, black handbag, maroon purse."for three very specific actions.
