William Paterson is serving a life sentence for gunning down Kevin 'Gerbil' Carroll in a Glasgow supermarket car park.

The service at Glasgow Crematorium was delayed by nearly half an hour to wait for the vehicle bringing Paterson to the service from prison, reports the Daily Record.The 43-year-old arrived dressed in a long black coat, with black shoes, trousers, and tie. He was sporting a fresh haircut and was handcuffed to a male security officer and flanked by two female guards on his way to and from the service.His father passed away last month following a trip to his local shop.
