Gap has announced it will pulls Kanye West’s Yeezy line from its stores with immediate effect amid the rapper’s anti-semitism controversy.
West, 45, is facing repercussions after making offensive comments about the Jewish community in a series of social media posts.
‘Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.’ West and Gap’s collaborative line Yeezy Gap is now being pulled from stores, and the website YeezyGap.com has been taken down.
