GEORDIE Shore star Ricci Guarnaccio has undergone three more surgeries – despite vowing to not go under the knife again.
The 36-year-old, who admits having surgery is addictive, decided to make some changes after being left feeling unhappy with his appearance.4Credit: Getty - ContributorSpeaking about having work done again, Ricci told us: “I wasn’t 100% happy with how it looked. “It’s pretty vain but now it looks absolutely perfect and I can’t thank Dr Atif and Comfort Zone enough. It’s perfect.
“I always said the last one will be my last bit of surgery but I love it and it can be quite addictive.”
