Getafe signed Man United forward Mason Greenwood on loan earlier this month
Getafe manager Jose Bordalas has claimed that Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham advised Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood to move to Spain.
The Bradford-born forward has not played since January 22, 2022, starting United's 1-0 home win over West Ham United. Speaking to Radio Marca, Bordalas said: "Greenwood is friends with Bellingham, and he advised him to come to the Spanish league. "But they got in touch with our sporting director , we talked, we didn't think it could happen but both sides made an effort [financially]."
