Model Gigi Hadid was arrested last week in the Cayman Islands after being found with cannabis

Hadid, 28, and her friend arrived at Owen Roberts International Airport on 10 July via a private plane and their luggage was searched by custom officials.and her friend were formally charged during a court appearance, where they pleaded guilty and were both fined $1,000, according to local outlet Cayman Marl Road.
Hadid's representative said she was travelling with marijuana purchased legally in New York"with a medical license".
