Kevin Kerr has been struck off with immediate effect
A Glasgow carer has been struck off after causing "emotional, psychological, and physical harm" after sexually assaulting a female police officer.
He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on March 23 over the charges made against him, where he showed "no insight, regret nor apology" for his actions.The Scottish Social Services Council have removed Kevin Kerr from the register and condemned the seriousness of his actions for causing potential risk of harm to care service users.
Part of the SSSC report reads: "Imposing no sanction would not be appropriate as the behaviour is at the most serious end of the scale. You have been convicted of sexual assault.
