A Glasgow care home company has been shortlisted for two major awards.
Home Instead, based in North Lanarkshire and Glasgow East, has been nominated for two gongs at this year's British Recruitment Awards for their work in 'revolutionising' home care recruitment.
Meanwhile, their group recruitment and retention manager, Fiona Lauder, has been shortlisted for Leader of the Year. In a bid to encourage more male applicants, Home Instead also launched its #MenCanCare campaign which, combined with the promotion of guaranteed income and salaried contracts, saw the number of men applying for roles double in the past six months.
