Passengers were left 'exhausted' and 'confused'
A Glasgow MSP has condemned easyJet for "abandoning" passengers during a nine-hour delay in flight from Italy to Scotland.
Easyjet has since said the aircraft bound for Edinburgh had suffered a technical issue however, Pam claims that customers were deserted with no communication from staff for six hours. They were left watching departure boards and websites with contradicting information and an app which said their bags were ready for collection as if the flight had already landed in Scotland.
