On Thursday Greater Glasgow Police Division revealed that a man had been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged attack.
A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged serious assault in Glasgow, almost one year on.
Police were called to Sauchiehall Street in the city centre in the early hours of Sunday, September 18, 2022. The alarm was raised at around 3am. On Thursday, Greater Glasgow Police Division revealed that a man had been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged attack. The 29-year-old man is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court.The date of his court appearance is yet to be confirmed.It read: "A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow around 3am on Sunday, September 18, 2022. He’s due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
