Plans were submitted to build a block of flats on a pub's current car park site.
The documents were handed in by applicant James Walker, who wants to erect a three-floor building on the land adjacent to 143 Springburn Way.If successful, four homes will be built on the 200 sq m area, each with its own balcony.
The development would include two two-bedroom and two one-bedroom flats, as well as a car park below and a roof garden.The car park is sitting on a steep slope, which is proposed to be corrected with a retaining wall.station, 50m away from bus stops and 10m away from local shops.
