The bar is now offering a full plant-based version of their a la carte menu that 'doesn't compromise on flavour'.
A popular bar and restaurant in the city centre has become the latest to replicate its entire a la carte menu with a full plant-based version.
The stylish venue, known for its Instagramable decor and top tipples, will now be serving up the likes of Not Chicken Curry Spring Roll, Fried Vegan Gyoza, Smashed Vegan Burger with haggis and pepper sauce and The Basic Cock - southern fried not chicken, hash browns with vegan mayo. Executive chef, John Molloy, who helped to create the menu, added: “We did a lot of research into how we could recreate our original offering and have managed to source some amazing meat and dairy alternatives.
