Nextdoor, a community network, has started the initiative to pay tribute to the amazing businesses across the city including restaurants, coffee shops and home services.
Local businesses and tradespeople will get the recognition that they deserve with the launch of the UK's first ever Neighbourhood Faves Awards, which gives residents in and around Glasgow the chance to vote for their most-loved venue.
The top 10 winners will receive up to a year of free ads on Nextdoor - which will help boost their reach and footfall. “Nextdoor is the home of small businesses, with over 400,000 small businesses set up on the platform. We want to help them gain the recognition they deserve and celebrate the businesses and individuals who bring neighbourhoods to life.
