Glasgow's prestigious Sport Awards are calling for nominations as the deadline draws near.
A city awards ceremony that celebrates sports heroes from across the city is calling for nominations as the deadline draws near.
She said: “Glasgow’s Sport Awards are an important recognition of the extraordinary efforts of so many individuals and groups in our communities. “I’d encourage everyone not to delay in getting their nominations in for these special awards celebrating all that these local heroes do to inspire and encourage active involvement in sport – making such a difference toand wellbeing in the city while enhancing its reputation as a destination renowned for sport.”
The winners will be announced on November 27 at a gala ceremony at the Emirates Arena’s Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.
